Capacity Building for Worker Leaders

Training worker leaders and partner organisations to organise, negotiate and represent their own communities.

A coalition is only as strong as the organisations inside it. We train worker leaders in organising, negotiation and representation, and support partner organisations on the governance and reporting that funders expect.

Training is followed by mentoring, because a two-day course on its own rarely changes how an organisation works.
