Rights-Based Labour Assistance

Direct, case-by-case support for vulnerable workers facing wage theft, unfair dismissal and unsafe working conditions.

Workers reach us by phone, by referral from a partner organisation, or after a workshop. We take an intake, explain the options, and help prepare the paperwork a claim needs.

Where a matter needs formal representation, we refer into a network of unions and legal-aid partners and accompany the worker so they are not navigating an unfamiliar process alone.

Every case is anonymised and logged. Those patterns become the evidence base for our policy work.
